Raptor and sunset

Went out today with the intention of trying to capture a half decent sunset and was thrilled to be joined by a kestrel hunting in the shibden valley. The pics I got didn't do the bird justice and I didn't capture the movement as it swooped and dove into the depths of the shibden Valley barely flapping a wing to remain airbourne.

I think it is a Common Kestrel

Eventually, the sunset over Shibden Valley

A blue version of the same sunset

Enjoy!
